Freaky dicipline cases

Heard from my mum about discipline cases which couldn't be solved for half a year were solved by an ordinary teacher who up ranked to 2nd vice principal, aka discipline master.

there's this Taiwan little girl lost her hand phone half year ago. so, she went to this discipline master, tell her about this case.

on the other hand, a boy who's well known of causing trouble in the school, was suspected stealing the Taiwan girl's hand phone but they couldn't find the hand phone in his bag, so the case was left unsolved.

this discipline master called those problem kids and had a talk with them. and, she called the boy along too. the boy did not admit, so she just let him go. but, she called the boy's younger sister and brother, ask them whether their big brother had a hand phone. and the boy was 'betrayed' by his younger brother. the discipline master called her mother. and days after that, he returned the hand phone to the girl.

the discipline master told his mother, ''we primary teachers are there for the kids, but it won't be forever. we can just be with them for 6 years. later on, your son has to face many other things by himself. so, as a mother, u should know what to do.''

the mother cried, for backing up her own child in a wrong way.

then! the Taiwan girl's younger sister went to see the discipline master and said,'' i lost my bottle half year ago too~ could you find it for me?''

guess what, she really found the bottle for her. =D

you see, we could really learn to use other ways for treating different people. you can't point at a child and yell at them, they wouldn't listen. the discipline master is sensitive enough to realize small little things, that's why she could success.
